Plenty of useful info...

Most of the tablets have a reset swithch. If there is not important data, you may try resetting the device.
It may be a good idea to reflash the device with its original software.

I think your Viewpad 7e needs to be serviced. I hope it's still under warranty.

I see the other two awesome solutions provided here: a manual for a completely different tablet and an offer for an ethernet driver you can't use.

I am actually working on a Viewpad 7e right now with the same symptom. I think it will need a new main board, but if I do come across another solution I will post it here.
