If your Kenmore electric range model 790.9232 oven is not working and the control panel is blank, there are a few potential causes for this issue:
Faulty control board: The control board manages the oven's functions and if it is faulty, the oven may not work and the control panel may be blank.
Power supply issue: There may be a problem with the power supply to the oven such as a blown fuse or tripped circuit breaker.
Wiring issue: A wiring problem such as a broken wire or loose connection may be preventing power from reaching the oven.
Thermal fuse: The thermal fuse is a safety device that cuts off power to the oven if it overheats. If the thermal fuse has tripped, the oven will not work and the control panel will be blank.
It's best to have a professional technician diagnose the issue. They will be able to identify the specific cause of the problem and make the necessary repairs. It's also important to check the owner's manual for troubleshooting options or error codes that might be displayed on the control panel.
It is also important to check if the range is properly plugged in, or if the outlet is working properly. https://www.repairclinic.com/RepairHelp/How-To-Fix-A-Range-Stove-Oven/18-6--/Kenmore-Oven-Won-T-Turn-On
Hello John, The most probable reason the washer is not filling is because of a blown fuse that is part of the lid switch asm. By UNPLUGGING THE WASHER and removing the 2 INNER screws on the the control panel and the control panel can be rotated down to see the fuse in the lid switch asm. Here is where the fuse is on the switch asm. its circled in red
It sounds like your fan is not getting power or the motor is shot.
You can check the fuse panel to see if there is a blown fuse. Your manual should be able to tell you where the fuse panel is and which fuse controls the AC fan.
If that doesn't work either the fan motor is fried and needs to be replaced or there is a wire between the control panel and the fan that is severed/shorted. If you can find the blower fan and you have a multimeter you can test the motor to see if its good. Let me know if you need any more help.
i dont thing is a fuse for that, all doors are contolled by a relay.and if it was a fuse would be 1 fuse for all doors too. maybe you have problem with your master contol. Thanks

Just a simple suggestion before you start tearing it apart. Make sure that you have not tripped a GFI breaker in your kitchen or a breaker at your panel. If you heard a click when this happened it may just be one of those two and is a very simple fix. Good Luck!
HICHECK THESE.... Step 1: Make sure the washer is receiving power. Check the cord, the plug, and the outlet. If a wall switch controls the outlet, make sure the switch is working. Look for blown fuses or tripped circuit breakers at the main entrance panel. If the unit is receiving power and still won't run, press the reset button on the control panel (if the washer has one). Step 3: Make sure that both water faucets are turned on and that the drain and soap-saver return hoses are properly extended, without kinks. If the washer has a water-saver button, make sure the button is depressed; water may not circulate through the filter nozzle if the basket is not full and the button is not depressed. Step 4: To make sure the water is the proper temperature, check the temperature selector switches on the control panel to make sure they're properly set. Also check the water heater temperature control. It should be set no lower than 120 degrees F.
These dishwasher have a thermal fuse near the contol panel protecting the heat sensitive computer. Do you use the Sanitize or Anti-bacteria cycles?? If so then these cycles get very hot and could have made the fuse blow. Kitchenaid also had some loose connection problems at the fuse making the fuse heat up due to the electicity and not actual temperature. The new fuse comes as a kit with connectors already attached to the fuse (dont mess with them) and a junction block to splice the wires.
Hiya,
there is a few things that will do this to your electics 1st & formost if your trip switch is tripping off remember this is a safty device to prevent fire so ignoring the problem & switching the power back on to try again could run the risk of fire!!
when the power trips you will need to know at what point in the wash this happens if its when the machine is emptying then it would be a pump issue if the machine is emptying no problem then the issue is more likely to be the motor either of which would need to be replaced if you are having these problems.
on rare ocasions you can spring a leak & if water gets on the electrics this will also trip the power but this is 1 of the least likely posabilatys.. rest assured if the power is tripping off then your home electrics are working fine & to confirm all sockets run from 1 main fuse all lights run from a second main fuse then there is a few other bits that run on there on fuses too i.e. cooker, power shower etc.. remember always get a qualified electrician to work on your electrics to ensure the job is carried out correctly
