1. restart you computer and enter bios screen by pressing f1 or f10 at first screen
2. set bios as you like, or press f5 tkey to load the default bios configuration
3. select yes using arrow key, and then press enter
4. press the f10 key to save the setting and exit
5. select yes using arrow keys and press enter

Hi, You have reinstall the device software using desktop manager.
The issue is with the device software, Please reinstall the Device software and you will be able to open icons. Use latest version Desktop manager to reinstall the device software, you can downlaod the latest version from blackberry.com. hope this isformation will be helpful to you

you can fornat your phone using a card reader...
simply connect a card reader to your desktop and insert your mmc in card reader then simply fromat it that's it
and then fromat it using the fromat feature of phone

only one way for u must reinstall win xp after fromat the harddisk.
