I have a Cubot GT90 unlocked phone which I use Net10 service but Net10 pings off ATT. I need APN settings.

This is a common problem when it comes to unlocked devices onto another carrier's towers. Call the carrier, and get the onfiguration code for WAP,internet access, and also picture messaging. A lot of times, you can fnd the steps and settings on their web site.
Keep those settings to the side, incase you do a hard reset on your phone. You will lose any new settings.
this will do the trick! Keep in mind, there's certain cost for online access and multi-media usage.

Each carrier is different.

Hi,
You have a locked phone with a specific provider. The only way to get your phone unlocked and use it with another provider is to secure/request a SIM subsidy unlock code through your provider (whoever issued the phone).

after that you can use mobile internet to access your email and all....
