Check the door switch. It just might be sticking which is why the light remains on and the dryer won't spin...

and so you did / im a service tec . need more info th help . like mod and ( kitchen -aid ) . try looking in the front toe panel for a tec sheet this will tell you about the blinking lights and what the mean . get back with me if you need more help //mm fed back pls .

sounds like the motor or the programer has packed up on you more (likley to be motor,) buzzing is the motor trying to turn but cannot,

I think that you have a bad drive block. It is located under the inner tub and the agitator. It is a pretty intense repair if you have never replaced one.
