Delete amazon account

My mom and I went to those phone and computer and more repairs and we bought a kindle and den we see a men's account but we want to delete it we wanted to download games

A factory reset will restore your Kindle to factory conditions and removes any content you've downloaded to your device, be sure to back up your personal content to your computer first. You will be able to download all your Amazon purchases from Archived Items after registering a new device or application.

To factory reset your Kindle:

1. From the Home screen, press Menu.
2. Select Settings.
3. Press Menu again and select Reset to Factory Defaults.

Your Kindle will then begin to reset. This may take a few minutes to complete.

Kindle states selected item could not be opened if you purchased from amazon delete and redownload, cant do this???
If the purchase went through it will be listed On amazon.com log in and place mouse over lists and accounts, under your account click on manage content and devices. If you do not see the item listed the purchase may not have gone through. Check you credit card account to be sure and then contact Amazon to ask what happened.
I'm not into games that much...at least not on my tablet.

You will need to download the Kindle app ( from the App Store ) on your iPad or iPhone. You can then access your account on Amazon and probably download whatever you have on the Kindle to those devices. I have it and it works great....never went back to the Fire.

How do i delete books
I think the new update on the kindle has it to where you have to login to your kindle account on Amazon, and remove it from your device that way. It is not taking up any space on your kindle now' it may just be the book cover, but login to your amazon account and remove that book from your selected Kindle.

Accidentally deleted a b ook I just bought
If you deleted it from the Kindle it will still be on your Amazon account in your archive/cloud.

From your HOME page click Cloud/Archive, possibly sort by most recent, touch the book title and download it again to your kindle.

If you deleted it using MANAGE MY ACCOUNT then you will need to contact Amazon Customer Services using the HELP button. They may help you if it's rare event.

You'll need help to close your account. I think any books you bought will stay on your kindle until you delete them. Kindle would have to help you transfer them to his account.

If you deleted a book from your kindle it should still be on your amazon account that you purchased the book. I would assume you can downland it. Hope That helps!
