The shocks are held in by plastic pegs that knock out and bolts that unscrew
the job is best done with the washer on it's side

the shocks dont brake down normalily they it is easy to move the drum about if it thumps about it is proberly because the water is not draining fast enough check the filter first and check for any blockages if you machine drain hose is connected to your sink check that they do block there

Does anyonw know how to get the top end of the shock absorbers out?

If you are getting shocked, it is because the electrical outlet is not grounded properly
Fix the outlet and you will be okay.

we can be purchase. but diffcult , take out and wash with kerosin. when dry .then put it. another way you change this sponge, thanks
