I have inserted new batteries, balanced the tube but I still get an error message,"Motor unit fault". I have done everything possible but the motor just does not work. Please let me know if you have any other suggestions .
Continual motor faults simple mean something is broken inside the telescope--- motors, or gears--- something is preventing the motor from turning the telescope.
Time to either take it back and get a replacement... or send it in for repairs.

Motor control module has needed to top up the water level more than 4 times during wash/rinse cycle. Most likely cause is waster siphoning out or the machine has developed a leak.

Action: Check that the hose is not less than 850mm from the ground

Action: Make sure the pressure tube is fitted correctly and doesnt have any holes.

2. Check the length of the hose. 1m is maximum extension.

It sounds like the unit speed sensor is out of adjustment or the connections is not secure when replaced the new board and last thing some units sometimes need a calibration to tell the upper console to synchronize with the lower board.
Are you experiencing an error fault message or No power fault. If you are experiencing an error fault message. Unfortunately there is no firmware upgrade available online therefor a repair is needed. If you are experiencing a no power issue, try these steps: 1. Clean the battery contacts. a. Remove the battery/batteries and the memory card from your camera, then wipe the battery contacts with a soft, clean cloth. b. Reinstall the battery/batteries into your camera. Please make sure that you are installing a fresh/ fully charged battery c. Turn the camera on. 2. Without the memory card, turn your camera on. (If it works then it?s your memory card that is faulty) 3. Please test with the a different battery If you do not have access to another battery Try these steps instead: Please take the battery out of the camera. b. Insert the charger into the unit from the main socket and turn the camera on. If the camera works you will need to replace the battery. If you camera doesn?t switch on you will need to order a no power repair with KODAK or a new cable.
Problem Solved: Look into the socket where the cartridge is inserted and count the number of pins you see.
If it is less than 17, then you have a contact pin that has broken off or is bent to the point it can no longer be seen and is not making contact with the cartridge.
If you have warranty, take it back and have them replace the unit, if you don't have warranty you have to take the unit apart and replace the socket yourself. (WARRNING) if you have no experience with soldering, do not attempt this!
I have 30+ years in electronics and have taken these units apart, and have always found pins missing or bent over to the point of not making contact.

the card slot may be dusty, blow gently into it (making sure no spittle gets in) or get a clean cloth and wipe the outside of it. On no account must the slot get wet, or it will probably get damaged and will not work.
Flashing UE - The display shows: • Load is too small.
