I have lost the pass word for my hotmail account. I tried to redo anouther account, but that is also not working as I thaen lose all my data from my hotmail. Please help me retrieve my hotmail account

There are two indications that your login email address has been removed by another person:

1. Your profile is still visible on the site when you search for it and there is a different login email address listed under Contact Info.
2. You received an error message when logging in with the correct login email reading: "The email entered does not belong to any account." (You will also receive this error message if you have made a spelling error. Please be sure to check the spelling of your login.)
