How do i turn off inprivate browsing

Hello angel_a_38,
You can simply close all in-private browser windows. When you launch the Internet Explorer application it should be in normal browsing mode.
Hope this helps! Please give 4 thumbs up if it does!

FaceBook I was searching for a certain person and got a candidate back as a page that comes up every time I open FB. It is not the person I was looking for. How do I delete this page?

Hi. It could be the browser that you are using saved the webpage that your are trying to access. That is why everytime you open FB, the same page is keep on showing up. What you will do there is try to delete the internet cooies/cache of your browser. Procedure below

  • 1 Using Internet Explorer as your browser, open up Internet Explorer 8
  • 2 Once open and completely loaded, click on the "Safety" menu at the top of the page.
  • 3 Check the box next to: "Temporary Internet Files and History"
  • 4 Click the "Delete" button.
  • 5 Wait for the computer to completely process this, and once it finished, you're courser should return and you can close out of the "Safety" menu and resume your activity.
  • 6 KEEP IN MIND:

    * A new feature available to Internet Explorer Version 8 is the InPrivate securty mode. This consists of three features that are called: InPrivate Browsing, InPrivate Blocking, and InPrivate Subscription. When these are enables, IE8 will not save browsing and searching history, cookies, form data and password. In addition, it will AUTOMATICALLY clear the browser cache for you as well.

    Problem saving pictures.

    Try clearing your cookies.

Click "Safety" on the Command bar
    Select "Delete Browsing History"
Select the option for cookies and click Delete Alternatively, Internet Explorer 8's new InPrivate browsing feature allows users to browse the internet without recording information from visited sites (including cookies). To use InPrivate mode:
Click "Safety" on the Command bar
    Select "InPrivate Browsing"

Then close and restart your browser and try again.
