Your watch is a chronograph or a watch that includes a stopwatch. Two of the three dials are for recording minutes and hours with the large sweep second hand recording seconds. Pushing the upper button starts and stops the stopwatch function. Pressing the lower resets everything to zero. The small bottome dial is the seconds hand for the watch, it always is moving.

Maybe this website will be helpful. I also needed instructions for my Sportline stopwatch. My stopwatch looks like it's a 240, but the instructions for the 220 look like they will work.
