Hi! Follow these steps to get the information:
1. Re-create your mail folder hierarchy by dragging folders into place in the Folder list. Note that any folder you have created to group sub-folders but that does not itself contain messages will not appear in the Folder list and so must be created again.
2. Re-download the list of newsgroups from each news account.
3. Reset your subscribed newsgroups and download messages again.
4. Reset synchronization options on IMAP and newsgroup folders.
5. Edit any message rule that moves or copies messages to folders other than the Inbox.

hello. I assume you get an error about relaying when you are overseas? Are you trying to use the same settings for optusnet to send? You might need to use the smtp server of the isp you connect on overseas. If you could tell me the error you get when sending I can comment more specifically.

theres a help page on icq,that you can contact for help if you need to change your email addy,make sure you give as much information about your details ect.

Open outlook express go to Tools in the top menu bar click on email options...under mail tab you would see your email account highlight that and delete it.

Quickest and best solution is to your your ISP's webmail to delete the email causing the problem. (or move it somewhere else so it won't be downloaded).

You haven't given any detail about who your provider is, so i'll just give you an example.
