Clean it with alcohol. Wipe it down , it removes tar and sticky residue without getting it soaking wet. Alcohol works great on ashtrays also !

Do you possibly know how to fix the crank? The rod doesn't budge when I crank my machine and I can't find anyone else who's had this issue or knows how to fix it.

  • Courtney Warner Mar 07, 2021

I had this issue a few years ago I pulled it apart cleaned it made Sure every nook and cranny was clear of any tobacco or debris. In the end I had no option but to throw 40$ in the trash and go Back to the manual slide injector. I'm now getting use to the electric automatic injector as we speak.

Just a opinion but try pulling it apart keep in mind how everything is as you go a stem, or the smallest chunk of tobacco may have gotten up in and jamed it or a simple thing like a loose screw could be your issue

Also make sure no brackets are bent

The machine got jammed and I heard it snap so I know it broke. this is the 2nd machine I have bought in 2yrs. I try not to put too much tobacco in there but it snapped. How can this be repaired?

you are loading way too tightly, do not force when pushing the handle down, if you have too you are over packing. I have loaded 200 cartons of cigs on these machines and never broken a thing

The injector shaft will not push the tobacco into the tube, it seems to be jammed, how can I fix this?

that is typically a moisture level issue or too much tobacco loaded. clean it out, use the tools provided or a thin rod to clear the tube, inspect and retry.

Tobacco only goes half way down thetube

inspect that the rubber piece that holds the tube.Chance's are that it is worn and needs to be replaced. it wont hold the tube all the way if it is worn. A quick fix is to cut a piece of eraser of a pencil and glue it to the holder.

Tube does not fill down by filter

Trick i have learned is to put a small amount of tobbaco in the chamber now move it side to side with your finger tips. Now add more tobbaco to the chamber as you normaly would. It will fill the tube better If that does not work out for you try virginia blend tobbaco it will work better in any machine.

Electric Starter Sticking I have a 2000 Kawasaki Ultra 150. I just changed that battery and was going to make sure that it started before tomorrow. When I first pushed the start button, it didn't do...

Sounds like a stuck starter solenoid,if you can get to the solenoid tap it with the handle of a screw driver, might take a sharp rap if it quits cranking then you will need to replace it...

Top o matic cigarette injector is only filling the cig half way

Hi Mindy,
Make sure that your tobacco is not too wet. Set some tobacco out (about the amount you plan to roll) and let it air dry for about 5 - 15 minutes. You'll have to figure out how long to let it dry as your home temperature is different than mine. Don't let it dry too much though. Give this a try. It works for me.
Take care,

Door window handle

There is a butterfly clip that sits in a set of notches on the actual crank handle. you will need something small and long enough., like a mini flat head srewdriver. Push the door surface and turn the crank until you can see the ends of the clip. Now, use your screwdriver to push the clip off the crank handle. It will shoot off so keep an eye on the ground when you get it off. Hope that helps.
