How do I restart getting MMS messages to my text on my LG L35G smart phone? I was always able to receive them until three days ago. What has caused this problem, where as the MMS messages are not downloaded in the text message screen, so that I may view them?
Your phone supplier web page will have the settings for mms on there web page, go to setting in messaging and go to mms and check the setting on the phone to the setting on the web page, any different way its sett out upper or lower case change it to the setting put out on the web page, then save it and test the setting with an mms. some phones companies you can go on there help page and ask them to send you the setting for there net work to your phone and you just accept the settings. hope this helps you.
Try go to the setting the back up n reset ...

I will need to know your who your service provider is to help you. Yet, I can suggest that you go to your service providers website and go to the support section. Then look for MMS profiles or settings. Many of the providers will send the settings to fix the problem straight to your phone. This also means that you bought an unlocked phone by the way.
SOURCE: Phone Sending MMS Messages as Default
The phone allocates a certain amount of storage for messages on a whole. Even though there may still show space available for text messages, you have hit an invisible "limit" and the phone is now defaulting to MMS messages because there is "room" there. Delete a fair amount of messages and you should be able to start sending regular text's again.

i have a lg keybo and some people can receive my texts... its really weird :\
SOURCE: LG flare not recieveing text messages
This is a well-known issue with Virgin and the LG Flare. Curious as to why they are still selling it. Virgin will drag this out with you for months, telling you to reset the phone and reprogram the phone and all this stuff that is a complete waste of time. The only thing you can do is call them, let them know you are fully aware that this is a known issue, and demand they send you a different model replacement phone! I've had so many problems with texting on this phone and Virgin being no help that I am now switching to a T-Mobile Flexpay plan! It's the same thing as Virgin's service in that there is no credit check, no deposit, and you pay at the beginning of your month of service instead of the end. The difference is it enables you to use all of T-Mobile's regular plans (instead of prepaid which are never as good), and not have to deal with crappy phones and horrible customer service from Virgin! You have to call or go into a store to sign up for Flexpay, but if you search flexpay rate plans on T-Mobile's site you can read all about them! Good luck!
SOURCE: Up until 3 days ago,
I have had this problem in my samsung chat i followed these steps to solve d problem:
Menu>Settings>Applications>Message>General Settings>Block messages
Delete the contact in that list.
Activating GPRS
Create a new text message which includes text similar to "GPRS" or "Set GPRS."
Send the message to your network provider's phone number. This phone number can be found on your provider's website or in the instruction manual.
Turn your phone off and on again once your network provider has sent you a message to confirm that GPRS has been activated. It may take up to 24 hours before you receive this confirmation and a further 24 hours before GPRS is fully functional.
Good Luck
