Cannot get in touch with playtika for a problem I had with their slotomania. Go thru the customer support but it keeps rejecting the form from my i-pad. What can I do?
Got to the mega bonus and the app cut off. When I got back on, it indicated that I had already received the mega bonus and would not be getting another regular bonus until 4 hours later.

try this, uninstall facebook then reinstall after that go to the facebook app in settings change your password and you should be able to sign in to your account
If your Google password is being rejected when trying to create or integrate a Google account into an app. Your Google account has to be firstly accessed on a PC, you'll need to go to your account and select the word " security " at the top of your account page, once there you should see on the top left side "app password " and beside in blue the word " settings ", click on settings enter your password, you should see a list showing apps that have access to your Google account here, at the bottom of the list there is a selection ( " Select App" on my "Select Device"). Click on "select app" scroll to the bottom of the list that appeared and select " other (custom name)", in the input point type in the name of the iPad app you wish to us to access or include in your Google access list, once typed you should see the "generate" button become brighter or accessible to click, click it to generate the password for the app, you'll use this newly generated app password in the app your trying use to login to your Google account with, just enter your email account as requested, and when a password is required, enter the newly generated password as the password. Hello, sorry to hear about your problems. You haven't really described the problem with any details so I will give you the best support I can with what information your provided. There could numerous problems. 1) Slotomania is down for maintenance of is experiencing technical difficulties. This is common for apps and if it is the case all you can do is wait for their support staff to fix the issue. 2) You have said "Can't Connect" so I assume you can't connect to the app server once you start the app. If a login is required double check your login details. Again, they may be having trouble on their end. 3) Give your tablet a reboot. Just simply power it off and back on. This may resolve the issue. 4) Uninstall and reinstall the app. It is possible some app system files are corrupted , even if it worked before. You would be surprised how many times just reinstalling something actually will fix the issue at hand.
