We recently got new cable service through AT&T Uverse and now the picture will not fill the entire screen. It has a black frame all the way around the picture.

2 tv's. recently had uverse removed. neighbor has rabbit ears-gets local channels. I get nothing. Does something with uverse change my tv's?

Your tv my have a setting for type of input. Cable of Air channels. You would need to switch that to AIr. Also, the air channels have gone to a digital signal and I believe they take "digital rabbit ears" I think the old style may not pull in the digital signal, but I'm not entirely certain about that one. Something like this http://www.amazon.com/AmazonBasics-Ultra-Thin-Performance-Indoor-Antenna/dp/B00DIFIO8E/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1409885138&sr=8-1&keywords=digital+antenna+for+hdtv+indoor

Cannot view the entire TV guide on screen

If your using a flat screen tv make sure the apect ratio on the tv (not u verse set top box) is set to the correct setting. If it is you can change the apect ratio on the uverse box by goimg to option in the menu screen, then system options, tv screen resolutionthen set to the 720 or 1080 which evrr your set up for.

Last night my tv worked just fine this morning I go turn the tv on and there's no sound but there is a picture on my 50" Hisense flat screen tv

Check all sources , ie cable box, dvd player or video game. If all have no sound check mute setting in menu or on remote. iI just cable box or sat receiver or evan att uverse box turn them of then back on. the uverse box you may have to remove power. If still no audio request service. The problem is likely the main board or speakers .

Picture won't fill the entire screen

Check the settings on the TV, and find an HDMI cable and connect via that, as picture quality will be far better.

Aspect ratio problems on Samsung LN-S2651D Flat Panel TV

The aspect ratio (zoom) button on the cable remote had been changed. On Brighthouse the # button toggles through the zoom settings. It's not a tv issue, it's a cable fix.
