My Mitsubishi Cp-d70dw printer alarm keeps coming on. I reload the paper, it spits a sheet out makes a weird rolling noise then alarm light comes back on. Error on my monitor is attached.

I am not familiar with this printer but the error indicates a sensor may not be resetting. Use a flash light to check all sensor flags. make sure they are not broken, missing or stuck. They may be the reason for this error. Your user's and Administraition Guide books should have these errors listed in them. The books may be on the CD that came with your device.

I have a rather elderly but fully functioning Canon CP-330 which I used with my PC running Windows XP and my iMac running OS X

Get Windows 7 Driver from webpage
http://www.usa.canon.com/cusa/support/consumer/printers_multifunction/selphy_compact_photo_series/cp_330#DriversAndSoftware

Press on Drivers & Software
Select Windows 7 32 or 64 bits, depending the one you have
Download it and install it

Can't help you with OSX; your printer should work, no idea why it doesn't but then, I don't know much about OSX.

Sony Vaio won't wake

There are a lot of issues with drivers based on Windows 8 at the moment. I've also been playing a lot with it lately and have the same issue with my Dell laptop, Intel chipset. My only recommendation is to put Windows 7 back on and wait until late-October when all the manufacturers start releasing compatible drivers.

I downloaded windows 8 preview and lost windows 7, how do I get rid of w-8 and get my w 7 back barry

If you have windows 8 CP/RP installed in your computer and you want to have windows 7 back, the only way is to make a clean install (format) of windows 7. Because Microsoft Windows does not allow downgrading to windows 7 from windows 8.

So grab a Windows 7 DVD or USB drive and make a format.

Hope this helps, Mrityunjay.

CP SAY CANN'T READ PRINTER. TRY TO REMOVE PRINTER FROM CP IT SAID WAIT TILL PRINTING END. CANN'T GET OUT OF IT SO I CAN RELOAD

Hi, just pull the printer cable from the pc for now and try updating your printer drivers:
Create a new folder on your desktop and name it newhpdrivers(substitute your manufacturer in new name). Un-intall printer and printer software completely. Go to manufacturers website and navigate to their drivers/downloads or support menu. Select your model, choose the relevant software and download to the new folder you created on your desktop. Power down your computer. Reconnect the printer to the computer and turn printer on. Power on pc. Windows will detect new hardware and ask if you have the manufacturers install cd or a location to check for install files. Direct the wizard to your new software, follow the rest of the setup instructions and your done
