The Norton 360 have different versions Norton 360 premier, Standard, Net book Edition

download the installation file run that then it will remove old version if it's installed

after installation you can activate that using the key.

Go the Norton website and find the MANUAL REMOVAL TOOL. This will remove most of Norton. I had to go through the process three times and then go through the Registry myself looking for still more Norton entries. Remove all of it for best results.

BACKUP,BACKUP,BACKUP....all data was probably lost when it crashed...as far as your Norton, contact them...they will have your subsciption on file and let you download...if you have the Norton disk, and hopefully you have the serial #, just reload and enter this long number when it asks you for it
