Smelled burning wire and then stopped running

Started with the smell of plastic burning and then the hammer function slowed down then started blowing the breaker this happened after using it after 30 minutes of straight use on breaking a hole in cement

sucked up liquid goes with the air through the motor

I would take it to an accredited ac specialist shop if you have to. The burning plastic smell is from a shorted wire ( ac compressor solenoid or thermostat under the dash)

Only fuse you need is the power wire leading to your aftermarket amplifier for te subwoofer. Which most likely you have too small of a gauge of wire and burned straight through it, and if you haven't, add a 40 amp fuse near the battery where your power cable is hooked up to. Also use a multimeter to test your power wire on amp, check the

2002 T&C 3.8, 4 speed auto heavy clutch or brake smell

1st thing to check is when you put in gear when cold and again when hot Take off fast ,,the noise if there igoes up and down with the speed and rpm ,,the noise you can hear mostly is the pump in side the gear box is not pushing enough pressure to the Forward Band clutch which drives the car so it has to slip and that is what you can smell the clutch bands burning And the more you can smell it the worse its getting and soon will let you down in a place you dont want to be..
So get it checked out new or as soon as poss
The A/Con clutch also sounds like its worn out.

check the power cord itself, if you see on the back side of the cord a burnt or blackened spot then the cord is the issue
