Front roller has a shaft that fits through a larger hole in the treadmill frame. When I run on the treadmill this shaft bangs up and down inside this hole. I appears as if a bushing is missing to help stabilize the shaft and prevent it from doing this.

There is a knob on the support bar behind the treadbelt deck. Give the deck a little push up, then pull the knob out and lower it.

Check the reset/off circuit breaker located on the treadmill frame near the power cord. If the switch protrudes as shown, the circuit breaker has tripped. To reset the circuit breaker, wait for five minutes and then press the switch to the reset position.
