Check that the keyboard's battery is working and it's on. Turn on Bluetooth on the iPad (Settings > Bluetooth). Press the keyboard Connect button. Choose the ZAGG Keyboard on the iPad, and type the code on the keyboard.

There must have been some updates to the IPad that made it not recognize the board. Either take the Ipad back to before the updates were put in or look for a patch at the manufactures site.

there may be something wrong with the internal keyboard of your computer, such as sticking keys. try attaching an external keyboard, as you would use with a desktop, if this does not help, then you should call technical support and alert them to this as it may be a system failure or malfunction, though that is unlikely.
