Om button On button pushed all the way inside tablet. Only 1-1/2 months old. Walmart won't do anything.

Was it on warranty, if it was Walmart should replace it, launch a complaint if it was, if not you will have to let a technician have a look at it.

My son's tablet is less than 4 months old and it keeps shutting off even when fully charged. It is a 9 inch nextbook and was purchased at Walmart.

Hold the volume UP botton down when it is OFF, then while holding that button down press and hold the power on button and keep both pressed for about 10 seconds. Then release.

The tablet has a pasword i need unlock

I had this same tablet...it quit on me after 2 months. I called the company and they replaced it with a M9200 which would not turn on after 1 month. I found the factory reset button on the back under a small sticker. Plug it into the charger and gently push a sharp toothpick or other sharp non metallic object inthe the small hole until you get resistance. Then gently push 'till you feel a tiny click...this should reset the tablet. Mine crapped out because it is a junk company. There are more complaints on this company than any other I have ever seen. I wised up and bought Google Nexus 7...best 7" tablet made.

Why won;t my irulu 10.1.1 tablet turn on. i push the button and nothing happens, when charger is plugged in it gets warm both tablet and plug

It sounds like you've done most of the things you would reasonably be expected to do to make it function; since it is only 2 months old I would strongly urge you to go back to the retailer and make them replace it or refund you, as your rights in most countries/states allow.

If you're set against doing this, try holding down the power and volume down key for at least ten seconds to see if this boots it into hard reset mode. If this doesn't do anything, try again holding down power with each of the other buttons to see if you can activate any other developer/reset modes.

However, I have read reports that this particular tablet has up to a 40% failure rate in its first six months.

If you can possibly get it refunded, do that and buy something else.

What to do when it saids no command?

It should still be under warranty from the manufacturer. Call them and find out if they can help or if you need to send it to them for repair or replacement.

On button fell inside tablet.

Have you tried contacting the manufacturer's customer service? You really don't want to try taking the casing apart, unless you're experienced, you might never get it back together. If it was me, if it's just a month old, you should hurry and take it and the packaging and receipt back to walmart. Tell them you either want a new one or your money back. Immediately. Here's what their web page says about their return policy

"Returns Policy by Department Most items can be returned within 90 days of when you receive them. Items purchased on Walmart.com may be returned either to a store or by mail, unless stated otherwise in the list of exceptions below. See the departments below to find out if there are exceptions to the 90-day rule and for instructions on how to return certain types of items.
Items must be returned in the original manufacturer's packaging, so we recommend you keep your packaging for at least the first 90 days after purchase."

It just went dead after 1 month old. I tried eveything...please help!

You can try pressing the reset button with a straightened paperclip of pin. If that doesn't do anything removing the back and unplug the battery. Leave it unplugged for a minute or two and reconnect it. Be careful unplugging it as you don't want to put to much force on the wires. You can use a small screw driver or tweezers to pry on the plug. The white plug here is what you're locking for. See if it powers on and hopefully it does. If not you may have to contact Pandigital, at a month old it should still be covered under warranty.
