Sc 491 straight from manual

High voltage power: Drum/ development bias output error
An error signal is detected for 0.2 seconds when charging the drum or
development.
High voltage leak
Broken harness
Defective drum unit or development unit
Defective high voltage supply unit

1. Check or replace the harness.
2. Replace the drum unit or paper transfer unit.
3. Replace the high voltage supply unit.

SC441 error means that one or more of the developer unit(PCU) is malfuntioning or not rotating. Take out the PCU out to see which color is not rotating. There maybe one of the doctor blade is flipped, usually caused by lack of toner in the PCU.

SC 672 is a controller error. So possible is tat the controller board is defective, in best case can be only the ram memory dimm's or the HDD but in most cases the controller board is dead.
