Model c17d3403 set alarm - Timex (T307S) Clock Radio

Can you comment with the model number? It will be on the information sticker on the radio itself. It will possibly start with 'CRX-'.
Try this - Press and hold the alarm set button until the display flashes like your setting the alarm time. Click the same button again and it should swap between buzzer and radio each time you click it. It will probably show some sort of logo on the display telling you which it is set to.

To turn off the second alarm on the RCA Digital PLL radio model RP3711A, follow these steps:

1. Press and hold the "Alarm 2" button on the top of the radio until the display shows "OFF."
2. Release the button.
3. Press the "Alarm Set" button to confirm that Alarm 2 has been turned off. The display should no longer show the time and alarm settings for Alarm 2.

If turning off Alarm 2 using the above steps doesn't work, you can try resetting the radio to its factory settings. To do this, follow these steps:

1. Unplug the radio from the power source.
2. Remove the backup battery from the radio.
3. Wait at least 30 minutes.
4. Reinsert the backup battery and plug the radio back in.
5. Set the time and alarm settings again.

Regarding the manual, the model RP3710 and RP3712 may have similar features and operation, but it's best to refer to the manual specifically designed for your radio model RP3711A to ensure that you are following the correct instructions. You can usually find the manual online by searching for the model number on the RCA website or on other electronic manual databases.

I was hoping I could find a manual, but it looks like an older clock radio, probably the same as mine! Some have a second step that after setting the alarm, you have to press a button or slide a switch. Mine has Off, Radio, Alarm On (sounder only), and Alarm by Music.

Pull out the crown to the alarm setting position. The crown is located on the right side of the face of the watch. Pull the crown out until "AL", the alarm indicator, is shown on the watch. Depending upon the model of your Tag Heuer Aquaracer watch, you will either pull the crown out in the first or second position.

Select the hours and minuets for the alarm. Once your watch is in the alarm setting position, press the bottom right button on your watch. This will enable you to select the hours and minuets that you want to set the alarm for.

Set your alarm. To begin setting your alarm turn the crown clockwise until the desired hour or minutes are displayed on your Tag Heuer Aquaracer watch. If you happen to accidentally pass the alarm time, turn the crown counter-clockwise the get back to the desired alarm time.

Save your alarm. When you are ready to save your alarm, simply push in the crown. Once your alarm sounds, to silence it press any button on your Tag Heuer Aquaracer watch.

If it has a wake button, push and hold the wake button while you push the hour and minute buttons to set the time to wake. It may have an alarm button instead of a wake button. Then there should be a switch to set to wake to alarm sound or music.

With the power off, push the alarm 1 button, then push the clock set button. Use the skip & preset buttons to set the hour. Push the clock set button again to change to the minute. Again use the skip & preset buttons to set the minute. Push the clock set button again to set. You will see an alarm clock in the upper left of the screen to show the alarm in now set. To cancel push the alarm button and then the stop/alarm off button.

I couldn't find the information for your particular model, but I did figure out the general procedure for Memorex alarm clocks currently in production:

1. Make sure power is turned off (no radio or whatever playing). Press the Time Set button (on some models, this is the Skip Search Back button for an iPod docked in the unit).
2. When the display blinks (on one model, the volume control knob lights up), press the Hour button (Vol. -) to set the hour, then press the Minutes button (Vol. +) to set the minutes. On the model with the light-up volume control, rotate the volume control knob to set the time.
3. When you have the time set, either wait 15 seconds or press the Time Set button again to start the clock.

Setting the alarm works the same way on single alarm models, but the Alarm Set button may be the Skip Search Forward button. Dual alarm models have separate Alarm A and Alarm B buttons.

A model would be most helpful here. Timex has a couple different alarm set ups.
With most of their watch if you cycle through the modes using the mode button you will come to alarm. Depress set and the alarm will toggle on or off.
With Dial alarm models you simply depress the alarm button (the one with the red stripe).
