Urevo treadmill - knocking noise

A knocking noise coming from the rear roller of a Urevo treadmill can be caused by several issues. The following are some troubleshooting steps you can try:
  1. Check for loose bolts: Make sure that all bolts and screws that hold the frame and the roller in place are tight and secure.
  2. Check the belt tension: Ensure that the belt is tight enough. If the belt is too loose, it can cause knocking and other noise issues.
  3. Check the rollers: Make sure the rollers are not worn or damaged, as they support the weight of the belt and can affect the alignment of the belt.
  4. Check the deck: Make sure the deck is not damaged or worn, as this can cause noise issues as well.
If the noise persists after trying these steps, it's best to stop using the machine and seek assistance from the manufacturer or a professional repair technician. Using a machine that is making a knocking noise could potentially be dangerous and lead to further damage.

I have a ProForm 400 CT. It runs OK, but it just started making a rattling noise. It is intermitant.

Try to lubricate the running belt. Also check the Running belt adjustment.
If you wish to get some details; check the site linked here. Pull up older posts. Choose treadmill articles to know how to Lubricate and adjust the running belt. Almost all the treadmill uses the same procedure

The treadmill belt is making a noise and feel like it hesitates for a second while I am walking.

If it has a low pitch growling when you start unit then the running belt is too tight and the adjusting bolts need to be backed until the growling noise is lessened or eliminate without the running belt slipping.
If it is the drive belt slipping, the adjustment bolt is underneath the frame so you will need to elevate the treadmill and adjust the bolt until slippage is eliminated without over tightening the drive belt.

Belt slipping and power supply making noise

Have you checked to make sure it is not the belt that drives the front roller from the motor slipping. Get somebody to watch while you are using the machine and determine if the motor is still spinning while the running belt has stopped.

My car makes clunking noises from the engine area but when the clutch is down at a stand still theirs no clunking just the engine ticking over. the battery light is lit staticly on the display too.

the battery light being on is not normal, this could be what is causing the clunking noises, whenever my battery light comes on i try and race home as fast as i can so i wont be stranded, because i know im running on pure battery power and it will only run for another 15 miles before she dies completely. Before she dies the car is making all kind of noises, clunking backfiring., so your alternator is probably going bad or your serpentine belt is very loose.

Belt makes noise, like it is scrapping something!

Do you have a three year old in the house?? Our ProForm 795 treadmill started making noise when the belt was rotating. Come to find out, he had hidden a plastic clothes hanger inside where the drive roller spins the belt. That was our scaping noise.
Otherwise, is your belt tensioned correctly? If not, it could be tracking to one side or the other.

Proform 400GI Treadmill making a very loud noise, which is worse when using speeds between 2.7 and 3.1, noise is so loud can't hear tv when turned up to full volume. It makes the noise without anyone...

This definitely sounds like the drive motor. One way to check is to remove the drive belt and run the motor without the walk belt connected. Obviously if you still have the noise it will be a motor issue. If not then it will be one of the 2 rollers. Good Luck! Tim
