Our printer has an orange blinking toner light and an orange blinking paper jam light both are flashing simultaneously but the printer is still working. Any idea's on what might be wrong? Thanks
No - this is an error probably caused by dirty sensors. As the printer continues to operate fine so just ignore it.No - this is an error probably caused by dirty sensors. As the printer continues to operate fine so just ignore it.

There are actually some certain meaning on the red light and green

The summaries are: 1) Green On, Red Off = Printer Ready. 2) Green Fast-Flashing, Red Fast-Flashing = Printer warm up. 3) Green Fast-Flashing, Red Off = Printer off-line. 4) Green Slow-Flashing, Red Off = Processing Data. 5) Green Off, Red On = Cover Opened, Toner Empty or Developer Unit / Drum unit missing. 6) Green Off, Red Fast-Flashing = Paper Jam or waiting for jam reset. 7) Green Off, Red Slow-Flashing = Paper Empty or Paper tray is not inserted. 8) Green Off, Red Off = Printer power is off. 9) Green Very-Slow-Flashing, Red Off = Printer in sleep mode. 10) Green (any condition above), Red Slow-Flashing = Toner low or paper empty.

If a paper jam occurs while printing, the printer notifies it by the following combination of the four indicators. Remove the
jammed paper . After removal, open and close the top cover once to initialize the jam sensing
I think the two lights flashing together indicates waste toner box missing or full but as this printer doesn't have a waste bottle I assume it means the processing unit (ie the drum bit) needs replacing.
Hopefully just has a jam. Usually people miss them under the process unit (toner) or behind the paper tray. Pull all the way out and look. If you have really looked everywhere you probably have a sensor out of place or dirty.
from manual--
Attention - Flashing A paper jam has occurred. The cassette is not inserted properly or the paper has run out. also read page 22-27 in your manual for jam removal
The flashing of the LEDs you describe indicates a error. If you call the Kyocera Help Desk they can tell you what the error is based on the order and color of the LEDs. They can be reached at 800-255-6482.
