When you want help like this always put the company name and the model number it will be a great help to people trying to help you.A lot of these machines are different & you need to have the information to help.
I don't know what machine you have, I have some ideas but don't know if it will work on your machine. Thanks
Hi, Sounds like one of the mounting springs has either broken or become unattached. Take the back panel off and look inside at the mounting springs anchor points.
There should be 8 anchor points, 2 top & 2 bottom front and back. if any one of these are broken, they need to be replaced (which is an easy diy repair) Just purchase a new one from your local machine repair shop, or on line if you know the make & model, or if a spring has become unattached, (again another easy diy repair) simply Re-attach to its anchor point
Hope this helps
Kind regards
dave
Is your load evenly distributed when spinning? The drum will not spin freely when empty and pushed by hand so don't worry about that. Run a full cycle on empty to see if it still makes the noise. If so you probably need a visit from the repairman.

My machine is just over 3 years old and although there is no play in the rear drum bearing it is very noisey on spin.
It gets progessively loud the faster the spin speed.
