My Hiteker television is in standby mode.

To get your Hiteker TV out of standby mode, try pressing the power button on the TV or the remote control. If this doesn't work, try unplugging the TV from the power outlet for a few minutes, then plugging it back in and turning it on again. If the TV still remains in standby mode, there may be an issue with the power supply or internal components and it may require servicing by a professional technician.

hi Shaun.
How do I get my TV out of standby mode? Press the power button once. If the TV does not turn on, observe the LED indicator, usually located on the TV's lower front panel. ONLY TURN STANDBY

Hi.

The standby is forced because a fault had been detected.
The TV is in protect mode, because a fault had been detected.

If the TV went in standby and does not wake up, then the TV is in protect mode.

In protect mode higher voltages from PSU gets shut down and TV remains in standby.(see also Why my TV does not start up and remains in...)

Try first leaving the TVpower cord unplugged for some times, let say one hour or so. Then connect powr

If that does not work, and you keep having the TV in protect mode, it means that there is a fault.

In that case call the phone support number listed on the user manual to arrange repair.
