There is a good chance it is the fan in the back not working. I was able to get mine working by tinkering with it and it just started working. The fan is easily accessible at the back bottom of the fridge. My situation was that the freezer side was working, but the refrigerator side and water dispenser were both luke warm/not cooling. It seems to be working fine. If the fan needs to be replaced, it is easily removable.

the problem here is the defrost element is not coming on, the problem is the control board in the fresh food compartment is defective and not telling the element to defrost. Therefore your cooling coils are impacted with ice which keeps freezer cold, and sensor in freezer says everything is ok and therefore sends nothing to refrigerator. Replace the defrost control board, Thaw out the cooling coils in freezer, and your back in business
