MMS service is separate from normal GPRS surfing, please make sure both these are activated for your number

cal smart service they give instruction how to activate mms ..

you will be need an 3g sim which you can get from your service provider,then go to settings of your phone and select dual mode

i have nokia 5800 xpressmusic phone. i wanna activate 3G on that.
it shows the 3G icon but no signal
my question is how to activate 3G

3 ways
1. if u had a gprs/3g connection u can download from the network into phone by going to websites like www.songs.pk etc.
2. through bluetooth from others/ur own laptop etc
3. by using usb cable supplied with the phone.

There can be a short circuit or any criticle problem therefore protective circuit in ur phone are activated & they stops phone to ON for avoiding the harm to u & ur mobile. It is appropriate to contact ur retailer or service center

Each carrier has diffrent settings for their phones, as well some carriers may even require you to activate or have internet service on your plan first to do so.

The fastest and most reliable resource for you would be call your carrier and tell them you cant get internet as well they can give you all the correct setting s for your phone.

Best to call on a diffrent phone because they will at some point have you power off your phone and back on.
