Assuming you have allready checked the operators manual, check again on page 19 for "Accoustic Signal".
To deactivate the signal
select a program
press two of the option buttons and hold until a short signal is emitted.

Tip: The max point reward for answering a question is 15.
Short of disconnecting the beeper device wires inside the machine there isn't a way to do it. The Dryers have a signal button that lets you turn it off, the Washer's don't.
The manual on my Bosch 500 plus 4.2 says to select a cycle and then push and hold two option buttons until you hear the beep to turn off the audible end of cycle alarm. Hope this works for you! P.S. It says not to try this with a load of laundry in the machine.
