check the paper feed motor trouble of the tray

E7-20 is problem with laser unit - Black. Check connectors, optical axis of laser beam (in case there were assembly / disassembly actions). Laser unit can be defective.

The firmware is only available from Sharp's service site. Call a local Sharp dealer to upgrade the firmware for you.

Laser paper. You really can use a broad range of paper.And papers up to 120lb. Any paper heavier than standard stock (20lb) must be designated as heavy paper in the bypass tray and run in the bypass tray. Bypass tray is the fold down tray on the right side of copier
