There doesn't seem to be a reset procedure. Normally it is just cutting power.

On most models of Color Bizhub machines, to reset the ozone filter message you must go into service mode. Press the Utility/Counter button on your operation panel, select meter count, then detail, press stop,0,0,stop,0,1. This will put you in service mode. Find and press counter button, Locate life counters, and clear ozone filter. You will not be able to clear some of the counters in this menu. They are automatically cleared when the items are replaced.

How to reset meter reading counter;
a. in the operation panel ,press * ,interrupt, CA, interrupt keys.Display must go off.
b. enter 84 and press copy key. 000,000 will flash in the display
The copier meter reading is now reset to 0.

If your are speaking of the total counter of the machine, the main counter when you press the "utility/counter" key this can not be reset except in the case of replacing the main board.

I'm not sure what you want to do? If you want to change you meter reading to a higher meter or do you want to make it lower? The meter is like the milage on a car. You really can not change it, you can disable the counter on the control pannel and then reset the counters in service mode. Or you can change the counter PCB on the rear of the copier withe another counter PCB. But you also have to change the reader and DC controller. It's not really worth it, it is a lot of work...... To disable the counter on the control pannel you have to take the control pannel OFF and take the pannel apart and clip the post that actuates the counter switch and put the pannel back togather and just say it dose not work never did. But you will only be able to sell it as a used copier. The count is stilled programed in the copier.

I found it. 
To get into service mode press the clear key. Press interrupt.  Press 0.  Press interrupt. 
All counter reset codes start with the number 24.  So put that in first and press the start button. 
Then type in a 1 press start. 
Then type in a 2 press start. 
Do this for numbers 3-11 and 13. 
That will reset all of the counters on the copier. 
Turn off the power once you're done.

A E005 is the cleaning web counter. If you have replaced the cleaning you can reset the web counter in service mode under counters... The service switch is right next to the total meter in the front of the inside cover of the copier.... Once you press it you will see a little "$" sign shows and hit the "*" "6""*" and courser down the the web counter. You have to hold down the Clear botton and the hit the service switch to reset the counter back to zero... Good Luck

The meter is located on the inside left hand side right above the fixing unit.. That is called the hard counter. There is also electronic counter that can be seen in service mode, but they can be reset at any time.
