E200000-0000 i have error message as copy machine

copy on my machine then i tray to copy

try pulling out the plug if that doesnt work try pulling the battery I believe by shutting it down you can reboot it. GoodLLuck to ya.

Does the machine copy okay? If you copy several pages, do they all come out normally, or do you get an error message like when you print?

What is the error message that shows up? If the machine prints a few pages before the error comes up, and it works fine when you are copying, the problem is likely either with your network or with the application you are trying to print from. Depending on what the error message says, it will help to isolate the problem.

It could also be the print driver itself. You can go to Ricoh-USA.com to the Downloads section and either update or reinstall the print driver if nothing else works.

By the "light bulb," do you mean the scanner lamp? That lamp should only turn on when you are actually scanning, faxing, or copying a document. You should be able to still use the machine to scan and fax, even with the yellow ink empty. Try scanning a document to see if the scanner lamp comes on.

As far as printing or copying goes, you won't be able to print or copy anything until you replace the yellow ink, even if you try printing in black and white only.

E000 is the fuser unit that is faulty!

Hello sir; The error code you display it means optics fan not working you have to replace it.

Electricial short in ink cartage. Try removing the cartage , clean the contacts on it and on the machine with a pencil eraser, making sure none of the contacts are touching one another.

press menu then start bk copy then fourtimes arrow-up button. Machine will switch to maintaenance mode. You may have to press start bk-copy. The machine will display an error code.

Error code starting with 4 is always a defective print head which needs replacing (except error 46: new waist ink tank needed).
