Washer is not draining. Error display is OE. Drain filter is clean. Cannot clean drain hose
Drain hose very rarely plug up. you can remove the hose and check it but I would bet the relay that opens the drain on the washer is not working correctly. If you have have a bit of tool skills they are relatively easy to replace but check the hose first.

Although I do not know your particular model here is an extract from my complete and generic guidance notes for checking both the drain motor filter and the drain motor ;-0)
ENSURE POWER IS OFF!
Now- whilst the filter is removed it is normally possible to see the drain motor and ensure it is not jammed by a foreign object such as a needle or a toothpick. It should be able to be turned by hand/finger- the power IS OFF!
At this point it is also possible to test if the motor works. No clothes or water in the machine, select a spin cycle and put the power back on. You should be able to see the motor turning at some point, possibly straight away. Using something suitable like a glove see if it is easy to briefly slow the motor down. If it is easy then the motor is malfunctioning.

Items caught in the drain filter will prevent proper drainage. Over time build up can occur from detergents and additives used in the machine. Manually drain unit through the drain hose, then lay a towel down to catch the water, and remove the filter. Clean the filter thoroughly and restart the machine.

That's must be frustrating to not be able to clean the drain hose. The drain in my kitchen also needs to be cleaned because I'm nervous to try it myself. I bet that a plumber would be able to clean the drain hose for you though, maybe I'll find one myself.http://www.coxconstructioninc.net/drain-...
