You just buy one power chord which has made up with high quality meterials. That is all. The chord must be capable of handling enough current concumed by your product. A normal type power chord will meet your need. Take a power chord which has plughin compactability of your household plug point. OK.

Power chords can be got from the most electronic spare part shops. Go for a good quality power chord. With more strands inside it is better. Keep a piece of power chord as sample with you when you go for it. Take a power chord which comes to the length of 3 yards or so for Tv. You just say the salesman that the chord is for Tv use. Ok

try unplugging and repluggin your wii back in several times. If that does not work, try removing the battery (while unplugged of course) and putting it back in. FINALLY, if that does not work, then unplug the Wii overnight and plug it back in in the morning.

if all that doesn't work the power supply (located in the power chord) or the power chord itself might be bad. Either call nintendo at this point or go buy a new chord

Does the unit need an adaptor or just an AC power cord? If it has an input jack similar to other DC input devices that use a 'wall wart' type with a large plug (actually a primitive power supply), you need to determine what voltage and current it needs. 

1. Replace the power chord.

If the power chord is a plug in type , plug it back in.
if the power chord was ripped out , you need to repair it.
if the power chord was broken before you discovered it, you will also need to repair it.

I do mean a proper repair not just an electrical tape job.

get a power cord as it would be less expensive because if the connector on your system is faulty you may have to spend a lot of monet
it happen with the power cord that they go gad
so don'y worry about that

I just need a new power chord.
