Cralg tablet need help with screen jumps

Sign in using the admin username and password. Either you would have set it up when setting up the tablet. Or if a company tablet, ask your administrator.

• On the unlock screen, enter your unlock pattern
• After five attempts you'll be asked to wait for 30 seconds. Tap OK
• If your phone display goes off, tap the power button and unlock your screen
• Tap Forgot pattern? If you haven't set up a Google account you won't get this option, instead you'll need to reset your tablet
• Enter the username and password of your Google account, tap Sign in
• You'll be asked to create a new screen unlock pattern. If you don't want one, tap Cancel

To reset your tablet:

1. Turn your tablet off
2. Hold the volume down key
3. Turn your tablet on
4. Using the volume down key, highlight Wipe data/factory reset and press the power key to select
5. Press the volume up key
6. The reset is now complete.

Note: Resetting your tablet will clear all the data stored, data that's stored on your SIM is safe.

Is the tablet still under warranty? If so, the replacement and repair cost may be covered by the manufacturer and you will need to take or send the tablet to an authorized repair center. Check the owner's manual which came with the tablet.

Without knowing the make of the tablet, I cannot direct you to the right web site and Customer Service number to call.

Note: For some tablets, replacement and repair can cost over $100 (U.S.)

where you sign in at Google and Yahoo pic 1 you are asked if you need help Take a magnifying glass and read what it says beneath the blue stripe. " Can't access your account." Click there and follow instructions. It is much the same with Google pic2 underneath the blue stripe it says "need help? " Click there and follow instructions ,mkolbrun

Did you use caps on any of them or was the caps lock on when you set them, happened to me its annoying. if this doesn't help try rebooting the computer and trying again or going into "forgot my password" in the email sign in screen. Also did you just open these accounts. may have been HIGHJACKED by someone else.

is it an RCA tablet? if so call 1800-252-6123 and ask how to do a hard reset, you will loose your apps and saved date but you can load them back up from from Gmail account and set a new pasword.

On the sign-in page click the "Forgot Password" link.

If your having problem like this I suggest that you perform a hard reset. To hard reset just simply follow this step.
And remember reseting can delete your all access data specialy passwords and code.
To hard reset:
1. Turn off the whole system.
2.Hold together buttons: Power + Volume Down. In several second until logo appear on the screen.
3. Release the buttons. And without asking and without notice System will automaticaly doing a reset.
If this will not succesfull, try to create google account on PC. Then remember all information you've made, the email and password. You said system asking you to sign in to google. Use all information you've got to sign in.
Note: The google method is not working on other tablet, but most of it solve the problem. Then you should go to area where you have an a access of wifi, place where can you connect a wifi. Internet connection is realy realy needed.
