Try admin and leave password blank if that doesn't work then log on to web monitor . Open your web browser ie or Firefox doesn't matter enter IP address in browser then log in as supervisor no password and change name and password
You are refering the user password???
You can ask to the administrator of the machine. He can see it on the "address book" of the Web Image Monitor.

IF YOU GO INTO THE SP MODES AND GO TO 5.MODE YOU WILL FIND AT THE MIDDLE OF THESE SP SETTINGS IFS THE ADMIN AUTH THIS SHOULD SHOW YOU THE CODE YOU CAN TURN OFF THEN GO INTO USER TOOLS ADMIN AND RESET THERE..
If you're 'ok' with resetting all the network info such as Ip address, Etc - not to mention the scanner locations, fax speed dials etc. then you can email me. I will give you the instructions to reset "NCS" which will set all network settings to default, but I haven't got the time to walk you through all of the reconfiguration settings - - you're on your own there.
