You can obtain the disc from any LG cellphone dealers near your place. You can buy a replacement disc which contains the software.

I have the same problem

Reset Default
From the standby screen, press Menu.
Scroll to and select Settings.
Scroll to and select Reset Settings.
Scroll to and select Master Reset.
A confirmation screen will appear, select Yes.
Enter Security code, press OK.
NOTE: The default security code is 0000.

Take the plastic strip off the ink jet cartridge before putting the thing in the printer.  Check the ink jets to see if they are clogged.
