MUCH NEWER BOSCH demolitionhammers have a special consumables kit you MUST use anyway its marketing technical made exactly on the calculated operating hours.

Every tools has his own kit and by the heavier models of powertools a very special lubricating oil instead of grease that was used by the older tools that are working with a slower tapping block instead of a very fast battle piece.

SOURCE: Bosch demolition hammer oozing grease/oil.

Look around there for some O rings we have had this same problem with some of our Bosch hammer drills, and they usually replace a set of seals around the nose of the tool

SOURCE: dewalt demolition hammer stopped hammering.

could be a few problems, the striker could be stuck from debris or the ram might be hydraulically locked. they make a rebuild kit for this tool if you are mechanically inclined. I would suggest first going to their site and downloading a parts breakdown and there you will find what is involved and the parts listing. It is "dewaltservicenet.com" and on the left hand side type in your model number and then follow the links to download this. Let me know if you need more assistance.

SOURCE: Bosch 11316EVS demolition Hammer soft start not

Variable speed control module has failed, however you can still use the tool. Hammering action will improve with a good cleaning of internal parts and apply new grease. Hammering action is caused by air/vacuum cushion between drive piston and driven piston which inturn hits a third piston that actually impacts the bit. If third piston is worn, chipped and lodged with debris, there will be light hammering action. After use, store the hammer with the nose pointing down so that the driven piston will slide to end of cylinder and ready for next use.

How to put oil in Hitachi H65

OIL ?? I think Hitachi has always a yellow grease lubrication
hitachi grease demolition hammer Google zoeken never seen heart of oil in Hitachi demolitions. but there could be models in your Country thats new for me .
Otherwise BOSCH HILTI and the one and only brand DUSS demolition hammers and also a few brands of Chinese hammers need oil lubrication . an expensive sinc-free hydraulic oil the same as used in some pressure washers life lasting oil but for HItachi look at the link for the grease 2 tubes a enough . good luck and dont forget the piston pin to replace with a new not only the gaskets and o-rings and also the oil and dirt seals on the front where the striking pin is that must be absolutely not air leaking because all your work burns in a few months again out . you can start all-over again.

How to repair bosh 11316evs

Purchase a service kit # 1-617-000-190
This will have all the normal wear parts including brushes & new grease.
This is a fairly easy hammer to rebuild - make sure you thoroughly clean all the parts, install new rings & grease - the kit comes with a parts breakdown to help. Service Pack 1617000190 for Bosch Power Tool eReplacement Parts

Bosch demolition hammer bearings are ceased up, how can I remove it properly to replace?

Ok here goes. Purchase or use the bearing cover nut 3613461500 that you have taken from the base of the machine. and drill a 6mm hole in it. remove the armature from the machine and measure how far the end of the armature sticks out of the bearing. then fit the cover nut onto the bearing holder and whilst supporting the cover nut use a puller or press to press the armature off the bearing through the cover nut. Replace the bearing in the holder and press the bearing and holder back onto the armature until the amount of armature shaft showing is to the same distance that measured in the first place. Hope this helps.

If you mean the front striker pin you will need to remove the circlip up inside the spindle. You can see it through the two little holes just above the spring.
