Was printing recently and paper tray ran empty. Then cartridges jammed to the right side and bottom two lights flashed continuously, in spite of disconnecting power, restart, etc. Finally, in attempt to change ink cartridges, pushed down on housing for ink cartridges and heard a click. They were jammed in the far right position. Restarted printer and all worked fine. Not very techy, but it worked!

I ran out of paper and I turned off the printer and cancelled the print job. Now the printer will not turn on and the computer says the printer is off-line. What's up? It is an hp PSC 1410v

May be your driver problem uninstall driver and restart computer.
Reinstall Printer driver.

If not solve need to replace PCA Main Logic Borad

Out of paper clears print que

we need to restart the print spoolers to fix this,
click on start> Run> Type in services.msc. A window will appear with the list of services, there u will find Printer Spooler> Do a Right click on that and Restart it. Do the same thing 2-3 times and then give the command to print multiple documents, to check if the problem is fixed or not. Please let me know the same.

Restart after replace ink cartridge

my CX4800 has done the same thing. I ran the utilities dozens of times, replaced every cartridge and it feeds papers the print head moves like it's printing but nothing is imaged on the paper.
Searching the web is my last chance to fix it before i toss this 18 month old printer and never buy an epson again.
