Sterilizer Manufacturer:
Pelton & Crane
Model of Sterilizer:Problem Title:
DELTA 8 10 Error P2: Sterilizer Pressure reaches 241 Kpa before 135'C temperature
Problem Description:
DELTA 8 10 Error P2: Sterilizer Pressure reaches 241 Kpa before 135'C temperature
Reasons
1. DELTA 8 10 Error P2: Sterilizer Pressure reaches 241 Kpa before 135'C temperature
First, check the sterilizer can return the air/steam back from chamber to reservoir or not between 90C to 110C. It is very important to make sure all air will be purged out of the chamber. Only pure steam, the temperature can match pressure. If not return, check the bellow solenoid or the Power PCB board
2. If the air purging works well between 90'C - 110'C, then check the RTC (steam) sensor to make sure it is properly connected to the Power PCB board
it seems to be in the middle of a cycle and needs to finish
but shorting out.so unplug it and inspect the power cord at both ends
you may need to remove a pannel to get to where it gives power
look for any spot that over heated or arcing spots
also the back side of the control pannel
if you find the bad wire you will know right away
hope this helps joe.
Is it filled with water? If yes, then the liquid level sensor has failed in the unit. This will happen normally, but does happen frequently if you have growth in the water reservoir. Call for service. Follow instruction in the manual about flushing the reservoir.
Good question! I have the same one and the cord just let out a lightening bolt and loud pop and blew away the outer covering. I cant find one either. Did you ever find one????
It may seem obvious, but have you contacted the eBay seller? I've just been talking to a seller about a Sun 18L-II that I want to buy, and he's been helpful about explaining the guarantee.
