If you recently deactivated your account then it is normal that these problem occurs after activation so wait for few days or contact Facebook help center for this issue through a form.
if this not the case then it might be possible that your account has been hacked by someone and that person deleted you profile picture and removed your friends from your friend list.

Facebook can block or disable an account even if without notification from the user, if they suspected that an account is phished and there is unusual activity like sending emails in a large group of people, then, they will disable your account immediately.

When you go to the Facebook website you can click "Forgot Password" and follow the instructions to reset your password.

If you are unabe tolog out of face book, then follw as:-
On top right side of the pafe of face book ther's option of account setting click it, 3-4 options will open, last option is for signout, click it you will log out of your face book account,

I think this question is to be directed to face-book.

Since face-book deliberately did not allow you make payment for play-fish or other payment functions, I don't think you or anyone else would be able to make this work except face-book. This is happening for some security reasons.

Face book must have detected one thing or the other before blocking your purchase.

You need to contact face-book by filling the form on the below link. Under the "Description and steps to reproduce the issue" aspect of the form, type in that you want your payment function to be enable/activated/unblocked.

you would have been given the mail id while signing up the face book,after finishing the sign up go to your mail and check a official invitation of confirmation from FACE BOOK,
follow the steps->click some link to activate the account
