Check the speaker/s first. If found OK; check and replace the damaged component/s at its audio output section circuit board. If needy, replace this board as card basis. Testimonial: "Is there an audio board? If not, which board is the audio on?"

Follow the speaker connection. Trace it ,and see where it oes. That is the audio output board. To some models, audio output circuit will be a part of the main board.

I have Philips Flat Tv model # 42pf7320a/37 ..I have a clear picture but no audio, just white noise and static.

Clear picture but white noise and static?!!!!!. What do you say?. Check whether the audio is muted by accidental press at remote control button. Enter its sound menu, and check it. If muted, as you know there will be no audio output. If not muted, check the speaker/s. If found OK; check and replace the damaged component/s at its audio output section circuit board. My Hannspree Hannsbook has an audio problem when running on battery power. Music gets intermitent static/distortion whether it's an mp3 file I play in winamp or streaming audio from Pandora. It doesn't...

It's quite simple... Just change your 'power plan scheme'. Try using "High Performance" (located: win7, RHS corner,in notification area; winXP, Control Panel, Battery saving). Good Luck!

I have a Motorola H681 that used to work fine, now i can still pair with my iPhone, and all buttons seem to work (volume, call button) but there's no audio. During a test call the iphone shows the volume...

I was having the same problem - I ended up just playing with it until it worked again. I found instructions on muting the H700, which is to tap both volume buttons at once. I did that a few times while on a call (I was actually listening to my voicemail), and then I hit the volume up button, and now it works. Not sure if something is loose inside and all I had to to was play around to get it back into place?

I am unable to get speakers working.

Hi,

There is small logic to resolve or to narrow down the Audio issue.

Let me explain.

First, try to play any audio file and observe if is giving any error message or it seems to playing without sound.

If it gives any error message like "No Audio/Media device installed or found", then the audio driver is not installed in the computer or the Windows Audio serviceis stopped.

If it seems to be playing without sound, then somewhere it might be muted or Sound level might be lowered.

If you are sure that all settings are okay and not Muted, then you have to check with another speakers or headphones.

If another speakers works, then the issue is with the ols speakers.

Please get back to me if you need more information on this issue.

Microsoft lifecam 1.4 does'nt respond

are you sure your microphone isn't muted?. Check your microphone volume setting by doing this:

Control panel > sounds and audio devices > click the audio tab across the top.

Under 'sound recording' , click volume. turn your volume up on the selected device. you may even need to change the selected device to the correct one. Play arround with that audio screen until you get it to work

Error code 6 & error code 4

Error 6 & 4 it means laser is not reading the disc and unforutunally you need to replace the pick up laser assy.
You can get it from pacparts.com,but I reccomend you to take to a proffessional tech because this is a "static sensitive" item.
