Hey Tyler,

You may need to re-calibrate your treadmill you can check out this video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MWDvxTKXem0 it will guide you through it.

if the problem reoccurs after the calibration then you may need to replace the speed sensor... it is usually located next to the drive motor pulley (it is a magnetic pulse speed senor so it should be facing the magnet on the motor pulley) P.S. if the sensor is not lined up this can be the cause of the problem also, so check that it is before replacing.

Hope this help... Enjoy

You should not adjustthese since they are preset. Tension can be affectedslightly by adjusting the tension of the walking belt but if you have a slippingproblem, the drive belt will require replacement. If yourdrive belt is too loose, it will slip on the front roller pulley or the motorpulley. If it is too tight, it will increase your amp draw to the point thatyou may have an electronics or motor problem. Due to this, it is better to beon the safe side and replace a drive belt rather than riskover tightening it. A drive belt is usually $29.99 or less while many parts youcan damage by over tightening can be more than $300.Additionally, too much tension can cause bearing failure in the motor and thefront roller and front roller pulley failure. It is better to err onhaving the belt a little too tight rather than too loose due to the possibilityof injury if the belt slips. Motor Belt Adjustment-Icon Units Do not remove any of themounting bolts to the motorthese repairs will require 2 9/16" wrenches andmayrequire two people to accomplish the repairs Before beginning this repair: Check to make certain that the drive belt requiresadjustment. Check out belt slipping instructions or with the motor cover removed, walk on the belt normally and try to stall the belt to make it slip. Be careful during this test. If theproblem is in the drive belt, eitherthe drive belt will stop when stalled or the front roller will stop whenstalled. If the motor, drive belt, and front roller continue to turn when thewalking belt is stalled, the problem is with the walking belt slipping on thefront roller. If the drive belt continues to turn but the frontroller stalls, you may have a broken front roller pulley. If You need further assistance, please reach me, sincerely. G-d Bless you.

How to adjust the idle screw

with a screwdriver

idle speed, righty fasty, lefty slowy

idle mixture, adjust in to get fastest idle speed. Once you go to far and the engine starts trying to stall , back it back a little to fastest/smoothest idle. Readjust idle speed screw as necessary to get correct speed once happy with mixture.

Also saying what car model and year you are working on would be useful. People answering questions are not telepathic.

Factory settings for bladez t 5.9

The Steps for Newer Style Console Calibration
1.Locate the calibration area on the rear or underside of the console (a hole, near the console's center, that goes through to the electronics board. (This hole should not have a screw in it.)
2.Insert a pencil (eraser end), into the hole and feel around for the cal button (will click when pressed).
3.Press the button 2 times (with the pencil eraser). The first click should show CL11 in the console, the second click should show CL21.
4.If the process was done correctly, and CL21 appears in the console, you are in "calibration mode." The next few steps consists of pressing buttons on the console and observing settings. This will not require any other tools.
5.Press ENTER. CL22 should display in the TIME window and (??) in the SPEED window.
6.Press ENTER. CL23 should display in the TIME window and (??) in the SPEED window.
7.Press ENTER. CL24 should display in the TIME window and (??) in the SPEED window.
8.Press ENTER. CL25 should display in the TIME window and (??) in the SPEED window.
9.Press ENTER. CL26 should display in the TIME window. You should then see the letter "E."
10.Press ENTER. You should see "SS" or "55" in the console.
11.Push the STOP/START button. For safety, at this point, you should step off, or be off, the treadmill.
12.Push the ENTER button. The walking belt should start to move, accelerate to maximum speed, then stop on its own.
13.When the belt stops, the incline should self test by raising to its highest incline position, then lowering back down to its lowest position.
14.Once the incline test is complete, push the POWER button 2 times. The unit should shut off and the console should go completely blank. If this happens, the treadmill is done calibrating and is ready for use.
15.If the letter "F" appears in the SPEED or INCLINE window when the power button is pressed 2 times, the treadmill is indicating a failure somewhere either in the SPEED or INCLINE (depending on the window the "F" appeared in). Troubleshooting the failure would be the next step.
go to the reset the machine for the MENU, and adjust default factory .

To calibrate the speed follow these steps.
Press stop and speed up and place the safety key in its spot.
release the stop and speed up.
Press stop again. The windows on the console (speed & time) will be all zeros.
Press speed up, the time window will increase. The belt should start to move. Increase this number to 85. This is maximum speed. Adjust the potentiometer to the correct maximum speed. The console will beep until the correct speed is adjusted (+ or - .2mph).
If the machine suddenly goes dead when in use, you may have a static electricity problem.
Check that the ground pin is present on the plug and check your outlet for a proper ground connection.

What I suggest is unplug your unit if you can disassemble the upper console you should be able to see a thin mylar type connector , this is for your function keypad. What I would do is start the unit leave it running @ about the 4 mph that you set it on then disconnect the function keypad and see if it start increasing speed if it does not then the keypad is the culprit and if it does then my suspicions are either the ribbon cable that connect the upper and lower electronics or the upper console.

I need instructions on how to adjust a carburador in a yamaha Tw 2001

Turn the throttle screw and air screw inward until they LIGHTLY seat. Now open each of them one and one half turns. This is the factory setting. Now set the desired idle speed and then adjust the air screw for the fastest idle speed at the current throttle screw setting. If now too fast, reset the throttle and then reset the air screw to match.

Hyosun Scooter Carb Adjustments

Very good thought process on the adjustments. The throttle screw sets the idle speed and the air screw sets the fuel mix at idle speed. The stock setting is 1.5 turns outward. IMPORTANT > do not tighten these two adjusters down. Only screw these in until they LIGHTLY seat. Now turn each adjuster one and one half turns outward.

From this point you adjust the idle speed then adjust the air screw for fastest idle speed at that throttle screw setting. If the idle speed becomes faster than desired after adjustment, just reset the throttle screw and then reset the air screw.
