any mech can fix that with no new RAD. you didnt post a photo link, so Ill assume you want a wild guess? if you had, we could give great custom examples. and most car plastic can not be glued (not talking body parts) try posting the problem in details , skipping who did it. like this, im looking at X, my hand moves to Z and touches a part called, y. what is Y. i can not guess. only photos work or a real mech working on car look at the this simple problem.

yes the new shell has this piece it's just not in the photo, it's in a bag not seen in most photos, you can replace this for about $25.00, or use a repair service on ebay
