Also try contacting your mobile service provider to help you out.

you need to contact your phone service provider with all your details, ie name, password, imei number. they will do few checks and should be able to unblock it.

do you mean imei or phones security number...

first you have to show your hand set model and then the IMEI number of your handset which is backside of mobile,just remove battery you'll get the IMEI number.

You can only get your PUK number (Personal Unblocking Key) through your service provider.
OR it's on the plastic card that your SIM card was attached to.
The PUK will let you restart the phone to bring the original PIN number to 0000.
If you have forgotten your security number, you can only rectify this by entering your Master Code.
