When turning tv on the picture comes on for a few seconds and then the tv switches to a flashing standby light and we are then unable to switch back on without disconnecting power and then it does the same again.
I think that its some problem with your main board.so it is better to call your dealers

when switched on green LED comes on then goes red flashing four times - no picture. Have disconnected from the mains for 5mins and tried again with the same results.

I have the same problem. my model is sonia bravia KDL-20S30xx. all was working well last night. this morning I switched on and then it started to flash four times on standby. there was also a sign in the top left hand corner which said pc 6 no sync.
