My i-mate SP3 Cellular Phone didnot start

I have i-mate SP3 Cellular Phone. After installation of some games from my pc when I switched off and then switched on my phone it didnot starts. Firstly i-mate logo comes then windows mobile screen comes, after that i-mate screen comes on and it restarts.
Please explain the procedure for formating and reinstalling my i-mate SP3 cellular phone.

my phone swiyched off and then when swited on again only the initial imate logo comes and then nothing happens it stays on like that

Laptop switch off automatically

u r hard drive didnot configured properly (it is in default)
go to cmos settings change hdd mode from sata to ata r some like that & save it
now try to re install.i will tell u tomorrow if u require.
