Nice big screen but CRTs are getting old So, if you can't set correct colors with your Hyundai it might have some serious issue with tube. Probably replacement might cost you more then a new new 27" Flat Panel. See some tutorial and info about bad color of CRT
Fix your own CRT Television Color Problem
Check its fuse. Check the rectifier diodes. If you wish to get some details, check the site linked here. Pull up older posts. Check the site in 'Mosaic' view. It will make search easy. http://electronicshelponline.blogspot.com/
Possible there is a fault in soldering. Poor joints in the CRT base circuit of the CRT tube will result in poor connection after some use due to the fact the heating and cooling will detach off the leads. So use a good soldering iron to touch up all the points in your main board and the CRT board and it must work provided your tube is not faulty.
There is strong magnetic field around the TV. This may be due to the tower speakers or any portable radio kept close by.
Re orient the TV try switching OFF / ON at the intervals of 30 minutes. The built in auto de-gauser will correct the problem. In cable TV program if the picture is OK, nothing wrong in the TV.

Sounds like a power supply fault. You could try replacing all capacitors in the power supply and others areas around the line stage, with the same values. You may also want to check the tuner or "IF" circuit for dry joints. Hope this will help you. Kind Regards, JUS004
You need to adjust the vertical height in the Service menu.Press the SLEEP TIMER key and set the SLEEP TIMER for
｢0 MIN｣.
Then press the DISPLAY key and VIDEO STATUS key of
the remote control unit at the same time to enter the Service menu.In SERVICE MENU, press the FUNCTION ▼/▲ key to
select any of the SUB MENU items.
(The letters of the selected items are displayed in yellow.)You want #2 DEF - go to sub-menu and look for the height adj.
FUNCTION / key
Setting (adjust) the SETTING VALUE of the SETTING ITEM.
When the key is released the SETTING VALUE will be stored
(memorized).
